TCS INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

First of all, My review of the interview. It was good. They just check your basic knowledge and your confidence level. They just ask only in your resume So, do not add useless things in your resume. As a fresher, your resume should be simple and at least, you should add one programming language in your resume.

So start from the beginning,

I was selected in TCS NATIONAL QUALIFIER TEST(NQT) then they sent me a mail to come for the interview in Greater Noida So, one by one I will tell what in all rounds.

NATIONAL QUALIFIER TEST

This was the online test for Aptitude, English and Programming Test.

In aptitude round, there were 20 question is basic and other 5 in advance and the time limit was 40min

.

In English round there was a paragraph, you had to fill the specific words in that.

And the last, in the programming round there were 5 Questions from data Structures and 5 from advance data Structures. Also, there is a single programming question like, make a program for convert the string into upper case and make some changes into that like replace this word with. Like very easy programming questions. They will give 20 min to make a program.

The overall time limit was 1 and half hour.

I qualified in this Test (got a mail from the company side and wrote wait for the interview date).

On date 3/oct/2018 I got another mail listed that please come for the interview with all of your original documents, on date 4/oct/2018. They only give me one day gap for the preparation and interview location was greater Noida So, I started preparation.

Finally, I reached the destination So, there were three rounds First is TECHNICAL, MR (Managerial round) and HR

TECHNICAL ROUND

In the technical, they started asking questions

1.    Tell me about yourself.

2.    Your family background.

3.    Academic Qualifications.

I write java as my preferred programming language, So some question about java

4.    OOP’s Concept

5.    Principles of OOP concept.

6.    Polymorphism, abstraction, interface, and collection

7.    Some project related questions

8.    Overloading and over-riding

9.    The detailed structure of your project

10.Some question on my internship (listed in my resume).

11.Any questions for us.

I selected in the technical round

Then they called me for the next round

MANAGERIAL ROUND

In this round, they give me the situation like,

1.    Tomorrow is the last date of your project and you are feeling unwell then what will you do in this condition?

2.    can you work in under pressure?

3.    Give a brief about you.

I selected in the managerial round

They called me for the final round

HUMAN RESOURCES ROUND

In the HR round, there is a mam, who is very polite, the first question

1.    tell me about yourself.

2.    Your strengths and weakness.

3.    About some question on my internship.

4.    If we shifted you to the south and working in night shifts.

5.    Then she told some bond policies.

The overall interviews were good.
