TECHNOLOGICAL IMPACT ON JOBS IS GOOD OR BAD

My opinion on the technological impact on jobs is really bad, Technology is growing faster way as it is destroying the Jobs like in every field whether it is any field. So, the fields listed below have a great loss of jobs by Automation.

     Computer and Technology

Computer and tech jobs are 20% less in the next decade or in the next 10 years. Why is that because of technological advancement and Robotics And the main cause is Artificial intelligence.

    Health Care

Healthcare Means Doctors, Nurses, operation and more. How doctors work they remembered all the symptoms of a particular disease and then they identified and give you tablet so in the next 10 years there will be an Artificial medical intelligence which provides you and diagnosed you in more of the cases. So the job requirement of doctors will be less as compared to now.

    Business and Industry

In factories, there is a lot of automated machines which are now replacing humans with their work. Because machines are faster, durable, No rest, One-time investment policy and low maintenance cost and more. So job will be less for factory worker, assembly line engineers, packing agents.

    Banking industries

So, there will be a huge loss of jobs more than 30% in the banking sector in next 10 years because of automation in this sector everything going to be done by smartphone we do not need cashier in the bank anymore no withdrawable agent. No printing agent.

 

    Trade and transport

Now, we have an automated vehicle which drives their own like self-driving cars, bus drivers, metro also there. So there will be less requirement of jobs in this field.

        Operators and delivery assistance.

Call centre jobs are minimizing because of automation in this industry.

And Now, companies like Amazon, Walmart are now focusing drone delivery robots. I know it won’t work in India but in foreign countries.

     Army Soldiers

So in the next 10 or 20 years, soldiers manpower are replacing with robots So, no more sacrifices in life and we already have drones for searching and monitoring.

         Chefs and Cooks

Most of the big companies are now replacing humans chefs to robotic chefs. So robots are already preparing much of the packaged food that you find in the store.

BOTTOMLINE

So the bottom line is, there is a automation in every industry technology is continuously replacing humans in every sector. So it’s the time to upgrade your skill because in future whatever you are learning for is already learned by a computer and do a greater job than you.
